If all or part of your order does not satisfy you, you have 14 working days, starting from receipt of the package, to inform us of your intention to return one or more products and the reason for this return.
If the reason for return is caused by our error (non-compliant article, defective item, ...), after verification of our Customer Service, we will send you a courier to entrust the package without paying shipping costs.
In all other cases, the costs and risks related to the return of the products are at your expense.

Return Procedure
- Send an email to our address stating that you want to make the entire order, or part of it, indicating the reason for the return and the IBAN code that will be used for the re-credit.
- Our assistance service will promptly reply to you by email providing you with a return authorization number.
- Choose a standard packaging or reuse the original carton to send us the product you wish to return via a courier of your choice. Print the file attached to the return authorization email containing the shipping address and authorization number and paste it on the return package. Insert inside the package the item in its original packaging (for example the celofan, the invoice and all that will eventually be indicated on the emai of authorization to return).
